Our merino wool is, naturally, mulesing-free and is sourced from Argentina, Patagonia. Its fineness is of 16.5 microns; even finer and softer than "extra-fine" quality, and falls into the category of "ultra-fine."
Even if the difference between "ultra-fine" and "extra-fine" is only 3 microns, the softness of our merino wool can be clearly felt in an instant.
Tibetan’s noble yak wool component has its origins in inner Mongolia and China. Like all our yak fibers, it possesses a fineness of approx. 16 microns.
Our Tibetan yarn is spun in Italy. At all stages of the production, from the sourcing of raw fibers to the finished yarn, we make sure that fair social conditions and animal welfare are in place.
Tibetan is currently available in woolen-white and is also suitable for dyeing. Its length of 250 m / 100 gr makes it ideal for knitting soft and cuddly caps, hand port cuffs, ponchos, scarves and sweaters.
